Diet Reboot

Okay so I took one day off my diet for a party and now it's been at least a month and i'm still eating junk. So it's officially time for me to get my butt back on it. Okay out with the junk (Fizzy drinks, choc, takeaways, crisps) in with the healthy (fruit, rice, peanut butter, tea), as long as I do it in baby steps and avoid temptation it should all go well. So wish me luck cause it's time i made my health priority.
